Overview is the workspace health page. Use it to understand whether Quickly is being adopted, whether work is succeeding, and where to investigate next.

Chat is the fastest way to ask Quickly to research, draft, operate across connected tools, or build automations in the app for you.

Workforce manages configured AI agents, their run-as identity, scheduled tasks, continuous duties, Gmail event triggers, memory, and provider-specific instructions.

Playbooks are reusable workflow recipes that turn repeated operational processes into structured flows. Members can review them, while creation and changes require Manager or Admin access.

Knowledge stores workspace source material that Quickly can search and cite while answering questions or completing tasks. Members can review visible material; Manager, Admin, or Owner access is required to manage bases and documents.

Entities are structured workspace records such as accounts, properties, contacts, or custom business objects. Members can review visible records when entity types are available; entity type definitions are controlled by workspace managers and admins.

Files centralizes uploaded workspace assets and generated artifacts such as documents, PDFs, and browser recordings.

Integrations connects Quickly to external accounts and built-in Quickly capabilities through the Connectors tab. Connected tools use workspace-level policy overrides for auto-execute, confirmation, or blocking.

Analytics shows workspace trends for task volume, usage, success rate, time saved, and connected-tool activity.

Action Logs provide the audit trail for Quickly tasks, messages, tool calls, confirmations, failures, and browser recordings.

Developers contains public API examples, endpoint documentation, and integration material for programmatic access. API keys are managed in Settings.

MCP Server explains how external AI clients discover and connect to Quickly through the Model Context Protocol.

Settings shows account security and workspace configuration. Owners and admins manage workspace profile, team, billing, entity types, API keys, and autonomy controls.
